Long associated with the Eastern woodsman, the historic Open Front Hunting Shirt. These long, roomy garments are designed as an overshirt, to be worn with other layers of clothing. Patterned after the drawings shown in Sketchbook '76 and The Frontier Rifleman, we now offer our longhunter frocks in fustian cloth. A nice weight, natural colored fabric that is pre-washed and suitable for dyeing if so desired. Each frock has an open front, cape and now even has pre- pulled fringe! Loose-fitting and with plenty of length, this makes a perfect outer garment for re-enactors of the mid 18th century all the way through the Fur Trade.
